Cancellations
A full refund without penalty shall be given if tour or activity is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of your tour or activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72 hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time for excursion, no refund will be issued. De Palm Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour, a full refund will be provided. If tour is cancelled by De Palm Tours, De Palm Tours will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or substituted.
